Professional Journey

After graduating from Aleppo University in 1996, he relocated to Germany in 1997, where he continued his professional journey by studying the language and building the scientific and practical foundation for working in the German healthcare sector.

Beginning in 2000, Dr. Khalaf established a long-term professional partnership with Mr. Dieter Fastow, which led to the development of joint ventures in dentistry. Over the following years, these activities grew from a single practice into a multi-practice structure, where fellow dentists participate as tenants within a professional and stable investment model.

This trajectory marked a pivotal shift toward establishing a holding structure, with the aim of preserving and developing capital while leveraging the organizational and strategic advantages that holding companies offer in managing investment projects.

Within this framework, investment projects are currently being implemented in several German cities, including a residential development in Hamburg through HLB Bau Invest GmbH, comprising the construction of 24 residential units, alongside additional projects under evaluation and development.
